Designed around aerodynamics and rider position
While many aero road bikes are primarily shaped by tube profiles, the Factor ONE is engineered as a complete system. Frame, fork, cockpit and geometry are developed to work together. The result is a bike that is not only fast in the wind tunnel, but more importantly, on the road.
The distinctive wide-stance fork manages airflow around the front wheel and adds stability at high speeds. Combined with the stiff TeXtreme® carbon frame, the ONE feels direct and precise, without becoming nervous.
The geometry reflects how modern riders actually ride. Increased reach and a stable front end create an active, efficient position, while maintaining confidence during fast descents and cornering. The ONE is not an existing race bike with a new look, but a platform designed from the ground up for contemporary setups, with shorter cranks, narrow handlebars and electronic drivetrains as the starting point.
Handlebar options
On the Factor ONE, the handlebar is not a detail, but a defining part of the overall fit. There is no separate stem; the cockpit is fully integrated. You choose the cockpit that suits your position in one step, selecting either the Low Bar or High Bar, combined with the appropriate reach via the cockpit size.
Low Bar
The Low Bar is the standard option and focuses on maximum aerodynamic efficiency. Lower and more direct, it suits riders who have their position dialled in and want to prioritise speed and efficiency without compromise.
High Bar
The High Bar sits 20 mm higher than the Low Bar. This provides slightly more comfort and control, without changing the character of the bike. A logical choice for longer rides, or for riders who need a bit more stack without relying on a tall spacer stack.
Handlebar width
The cockpit features a fixed handlebar width of 38 cm. This matches the character of the ONE: compact, fast and built around a modern aerodynamic front end.
Cockpit size
The Factor ONE cockpit is available in five lengths, corresponding to traditional stem lengths: size 01 = 110 mm, size 02 = 120 mm, size 03 = 130 mm, size 04 = 140 mm, size 05 = 150 mm.
